1. Install and activate the Template Kit Import plugin from Plugins > Add New in WordPress.
2. Do not unzip the file.
3. Go to Elements > Installed Kits and click the Upload Template Kit button.
4. Before importing any template, click the Install Requirements button to activate the necessary plugins.
5. For best results, avoid importing more than one template at a time.

  1. Import the Metform block templates.
  2. Import the page template where the form appears and enable the Navigator by right-clicking.
  3. Locate and select the Metform widget, then click Edit Form. Select New, and the builder will appear.
  4. Click the ‘Add Template’ grey folder icon.
  5. Under the ‘My Templates’ tab, choose your imported Metform template and click Insert (click No for page settings).
  6. Once the template is loaded, make any desired customizations and click Update & Close.
  7. The form will now appear on the page. Click Update.
